			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Running safety is the doorway for worry-free training. The question of safety may not be the first thing on your mind when you decided to start a running program. But studies show that most runners had experienced a frightening or uncomfortable incident while running. I can&#8217;t count the times when I was startled by a wild dog or some daydreaming driver.<span id="more-501"></span></p>
<p>The myth of 100% safety</p>
<p>Of course, no activity is 100% safe, running is either. And even if you go by the book and do everything right, there are no actions that can produce a 100% guarantee of security. Ultimately, your decisions and judgments will depend on how you feel in that specific moment.</p>
<p>But there are some simple guidelines if followed; you will decrease the likelihood of running into any trouble. And no matter where you run, you are going to run into problems if you don&#8217;t follow these few fundamental safety rules.</p>
<p>Safety Rules on the Run:</p>
<p>• Traffic: Always run opposite to traffic. When you are on the roads near to car drivers, be aware of your surroundings; and presuppose that no driver sees you.</p>
<p>• Running partner: try to schedule a much of your running sessions with a partner. If you prefer to go solo, then, try to run where others are, such as tracks, parks, and neighborhoods.</p>
<p>• Change your routes: don&#8217;t run the same route at the same time every day. Sticking to the same route makes it easier to plan an assault; anything to break up your regular, predictable pattern. And be also watchful close to thick bushes and other places where attackers can hide.</p>
<p>• Know the environment: know where phones, friendly homes, and open businesses are along your routes in case of emergency</p>
<p>• Avoid verbal harassments: if you are verbally harassed, just ignore it, it&#8217;s not worth it. It usually takes 2 people to start a dispute-you always have the choice.</p>
<p>• Wild animals: if you get chased by a dog, stop running immediately. If he persists, scream at it loudly, this usually does the trick and he will run away. Don&#8217;t try to outrun him; this will ruin your running session especially if you got caught between his teeth!</p>
<p>• Your ID&#8217;s: always put your medical insurance card and ID card in your pocket. Make sure also that you have an emergency number in case of any incident</p>
<p>.• Keep someone informed about your route. I always try to leave a note to my roommate each time I go for a long run. This gives me a sense of security knowing that someone will come to get me if I didn&#8217;t made it back at time.</p>
<p>• Trust your unconscious mind. When it comes to safety, your Instincts are your best lines of defense. If something is making you feel uncomfortable and suspicious, trust your gut and run in the other direction.</p>

<p>In addition to controlling body weight, aerobic activity has numerous health benefits.</p>
<p>Aerobic fitness can help to maintain good blood pressure levels, allows the heart to pump more effectively, decreases bad cholesterol while improving the good, and by reducing the systemic inflammation can lower the chance of having heart disease.</p>
<p>Diabetes is another disease that can be controlled through exercise. By allowing glucose to metabolize in the body, normal blood sugar levels are maintained. For people with Type 2 diabetes, physical activity raises tissue sensitivity to insulin, and produces more glucose to be released from the blood stream and into cells, decreasing glucose in the blood.</p>
<p>Incorporating exercise into a daily routing reduces obesity by controlling weight, helps to reduce and control body fat, and improves body muscle strength and flexibility.</p>
<p>Although exercise can help prevent many diseases, it can also be beneficial on a daily basis. Aerobic exercise improves the over all quality of life by releasing endorphins, which are happy hormones, into the blood. This improves mood and energy levels, reduces depression and fatigue, can eliminate the feelings of stress and anxiety<br />
.</p>
<p>In order to get the most benefits out of aerobic exercise, it is important to get the heart within target heart range. This is done by the calculated age method. Starting with the number 220, age is subtracted and that number is multiplied by 70 percent. Although this method is not totally accurate since people are at different levels of fitness ability, it does give a safe starting point. The American Heart Association recommends a range between 50 percent and 75 percent of maximum heart rate. Exercising at a target heart rate is the best way to get the most out of daily exercise and reap its benefits.</p>
<p>Aerobics came about when a physician named Dr. Kenneth Cooper developed a series of exercises used to prevent coronary artery disease. Dr. Cooper authored a book in 1968 called Aerobics, that detailed his exercises which included running, swimming, bicycling and walking.</p>
<p>Jackie Sorenson started aerobic dance in 1968 where dance routines were performed in a class to improve cardiovascular fitness.</p>
<p>Howard and Karen Schwartz started a gymnastic like sports in 1983 called sportaerobics. By the year 2002, sportaerobics had gone through many changes to become gymnastique discipline which is what we know it as today. It is a competition where 6 athletes compete in 105 second gymnastic routines and are judged based on their artistic performance and technical merit.</p>

Although it has a critical impact on your performance and motivation &#8211; most runners don&#8217;t even recognize the existence of this phase. They usually go through their workout underperforming and not reaching their full potential.<span id="more-497"></span></p>
<p>There are usually 3 essential steps to preparing properly for running: pre-run diet, mental preparation and a proper warm-up.</p>
<p>The pre-run diet</p>
<p>Your diet will largely determine your level of energy during running. If you are getting all your caloric needs satisfied before you start running, then you will have the required energy to run your full potential.</p>
<p>Carbohydrates are your best choice; thus pre-run meals should center on them. Therefore, you should choose something high in carbs and lower in fat fibers and protein.</p>
<p>Mental preparation</p>
<p>The mental side of running has been ignored for a long time. Many people have failed to recognize its importance. But when you start doing it, you will be amazed with the results you can get.</p>
<p>Preparing mentally for your next workout means assessing your present state and considering what you might want to do during the upcoming run. In other words, it means knowing exactly what you are going to do. Clarity is power; and confusion can lead to a sense of fatigue and a lack of motivation.</p>
<p>Therefore before you go out on your next run-make a clear and concise picture for what you want to do and see for yourself what this will do for your workout.</p>
<p>The proper warm-up</p>
<p>The warm-up period is like reviving your own personal engine. Just like a car, the human body needs a progressive period of warming up before it can function properly. Failure to warm up can result in injuries and potentially a long-term lay off.</p>
<p>So before you ease into your normal running pace-do a light aerobic exercise for at least 5 minutes such as Walking briskly, jogging slowly or cycling on a stationary bike. This will loosen up your muscles and warm you up for your run.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My experience with the air climber is something I want to share with all of the shoppers out there who are considering a fitness product. I have generally been sort of person who has a difficult time getting up in the morning and to the gym before my long work day in legal office. Working out afterward, when I consider a commute to the gym, dealing with the gym crowd, and worrying about how I look became such a headache that I eventually decided to get my membership. The day I did that, I realized that I need to imagine to my house. So I decided to go out and buy three different products and try each of the to see which I liked most.<span id="more-495"></span></p>
<p>Consider the Ab Climber Today!</p>
<p>Of the three that I tried, the air climber was the most satisfying. I am not going to mention the other two because it is important is to knock other products. I will say that the other two were designed more for people looking to put on muscle and develop muscle tone, and that my body is one that is not short on muscle, but seems to consistently be heavy on fat cells. As a result, I obviously leaned in the direction of focusing on the product that gave me the best cardio workout without overtaxing my body.</p>
<p>The air climber system has worked out pretty well for me. It is something that I can jump on before I go to the office, or even jump on it I get back in the door from a long day at the office. It is a fact that working in an office setting and sitting all day long I&#8217;d computer is not the place where our bodies were designed to be. Unfortunately, these are the times, and at times ask us to spend hours at the office generally be spent in such a manner. For this reason, I must admit that the air climber is about as good a tool as I can imagine being created for someone like me. I live in a condo, and I did not have a ton of room for a big bulky fitness product. The climber is relatively small, yet provides my body contents where do they get the blood flowing, burn some calories, shapes my legs, and gives me the old overall satisfaction that comes with increasing blood flow, getting the endorphins going, and addressing the overall cardio health, which has been an issue in my family&#8217;s history.</p>

More often than not, it is not an easy task to find the right fitness clothes that you need. Be it for sports or work out, it is best that you should choose wisely the clothes you are going to use.<span id="more-492"></span></p>
<p>Considerations when choosing<br />
One of the most important things that you should consider is comfort. If you are comfortable with your exercise clothes, the better your performance results. However, choose fitness clothes that are not restrictive. This means that it should enable you to move freely.</p>
<p>In addition, consider also the material used for it. Your body should feel comfortable wearing it and not to make you feel irritated. It needs to be durable, absorbent and soft. The most appropriate material for this is a cotton blend.<br />
Another thing to consider in buying womens exercise clothes is the color. Normally, fitness clothes come in various colors. It is best that you should choose your favorite color or any color that fits your taste. However, they can be significat when exercising outdoors. You can use light pastel shades when the day is hot to reflect light and keep you cool. You can use also darker colors for a cold day to absorb and maintain heat.</p>
<p>Moreover, wear fitness clothes that are brilliant or reflective when exercising outdoors during night time. This is useful to easily spot you whenever there&#8217;s someone coming at you. More importantly, it will keep you safe, since they will know that you&#8217;re there.<br />
Consider also the purpose of fitness clothes when choosing. Some clothes are designed for special purposes. There are specific clothes for sky diving, rock climbing and underwater swimming. Choose the one that fits to your sport.</p>
<p>Womens exercise clothes are important to your work out. If you want to perform better in your sport, start in choosing the right fitness clothes.</p>
